Henry Hosts Design is a service available to other Mid Term Rental operators seeking to set up a new property from scratch or to level up an existing furnished rental property. This service is tailored towards operators who are professionalizing their business and share our belief in two core ideas.

We design, you deliver

  • Conducted remotely and available anywhere in the USA.

  • You provide photographs and measurements.

  • We develop an overall design scheme and aesthetic, illustrated through a mood board, depicting style and color palette.

  • We provide a list of everything you’ll need (furniture, rugs, art, decor, linens, amenities etc) including guidance on sizing and scale, types of materials and visual examples for you to shop.

  • Available for a single room up to a whole home.

  • Room design starting from $350.

Hand us the Keys

  • Takes place in person and available in Southern California.

  • We will make a site visit to gather all the information we need.

  • We develop the design plan, undertake the project management of any renovation or upgrades, the sourcing, shopping and installation. You get back a turn-key property fully set up, styled and ready for photography.

  • Available for whole home projects only

  • Our design fees will be quoted once we understand the size and scope of the project.

  • Our designs assume an investment of $10-$15 per sq ft for the cost of furnishings and decor
